Our day programs are for individuals with chronic health conditions resulting in social isolation and inactive lifestyles. They provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. It also serves to provide relief to family caregivers.

Health promotion programs assist clients in make healthy choices and decisions. Health promotion provides education, leadership training, and collaborates with internal and external partners.

Case Management provides individuals, caregivers with immediate and on-going support when they are faced with situations that require assistance. These services are provided by case managers who are qualified licensed professionals.

Social Dining is a support service that provides meals and social activities to seniors. This program is designed to improve nutrient intake and maintain or enhance social functioning while assisting seniors to manage good health and independent living.

At St. Paul’s, we believe that everyone can reach their optimal health. Community members and residents are welcome to use our Wellness clinic. All of the medical and therapeutic services are offered by trained and registered professionals.

St. Paul's Centre is made up of two senior residences connected to a community centre. Home to over 500 seniors, the residences takes the shape of an apartment complex of market rental and rent-geared-to-income units, and a life equity concept condominium.

Recreational service provides over 100 programs and events weekly, which includes classes, special events and day trips.
