St. Paul's Meals on Wheels Service supports homebound individuals by providing meals to suit their nutritional needs. Hot meals are prepared by St. Paul's Restaurant and are delivered by volunteers from Monday to Friday around noon.

St. Paul's Transportation team offers a support service that provides escorted transportation for clients to medical appointments, shopping and to various social activities and programs.

Our Home Support team provides a full range of professional health care services to assist people living at home or in a healthcare facility - providing in-home services ranging from personal support to homemaking.

St. Paul's offers supportive housing to its residents in both our housing facilities. This client support program is designed to enable individuals to continue living in the community when they require more assistance than could normally be provided at home.

St. Paul's Friendly Visiting Service is a free service bringing companionship to isolated or homebound seniors through visiting, shopping or escorting, and telephone reassurance.

Case Management provides individuals, caregivers with immediate and on-going support when they are faced with situations that require assistance. These services are provided by case managers who are qualified licensed professionals.
