Our Nutrition Awareness Meals on Wheels program delivers hot and frozen nutritious meals right to your door. Our meals are based on the Canada Food Guide and prepared with healthy eating in mind. Each hot meal includes soup, main course and dessert.

The cost is $6 per meal and we deliver Monday to Fridays. St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre provides workshops on healthy food choice, dietitian consultation, and links to other community support services that will enable you to continue living a healthy and independent lifestyle. All Meals on Wheels are low-salt and low-sugar. Special Dietary needs such as diabetic and puréed meals can be accommodated.

Catchment Area: South of Steeles to North of Ellesmere, East of Don Mills to West of McCowan.
