Scarborough/West Durham Expert Panel at St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre

In early April, Dr. Eric Hoskins, Minister of Health and Long-term Care, created the Scarborough/West Durham Expert Panel to develop a plan to address how hospitals in the Scarborough/West Durham region can work together to deliver acute health care programs and services in a way that meets the needs of local residents.

Neighbourhood Walk For Seniors - Thank You!

People will tell you that walking is good for your health. St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre believes that walking is not only beneficial to your health, but it can also help those in need.  Our 13th Annual Neighbourhood Walk For Seniors recently raised over $7200. This money will help maintain the programs and services we offer for seniors in the local community.

National Volunteer Week 2015

Volunteers have been integral to our community since we began, over 35 years ago. Last year more than 500 people devoted over 54,000 hours volunteering both at our Centre and in community settings to support seniors and older adults. Volunteers at St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre are also involved in helping us plan our services and advising us through our Volunteer Advisory Committee.
