Join us as we celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delicious meal prepared in our dining room followed by wonderful entertainment by our guest performers “The Westenders” as well as games and prizes. Show-only tickets are $12.

St. Patrick's Day Luncheon and Show

Seniors Information and Active Living Fair

Learn about health weight, healthy grocery shopping and gentle fitness. Enjoy exhibits, seminars and physical activity demonstrations. Older adults, seniors, families and caregivers are welcome!

The ROM comes to St. Paul's

Royal Ontario Museum representatives will give an interactive presentation to introduction the Museum, and talk about various artifacts from their exhibitions.

Day trip: Cirque Du Soleil - Amaluna
Date :Thursday, October 4, 2012.
Time :2:00pm - 7:30pm
Fee :Members $60, Non-Members $65
Tickets on sale NOW until March 23rd for the Thursday October 4th Show.
Travel by school bus downtown to the fully heated Grand Chapiteau in The Portlands district of Toronto to view the spectacular production of the new Cirque Du Soleil –Amaluna, a 2 hour and 30 minute synthesis of dancers, musicians, and acrobatics from around the world. Seats are in level 3. Show time includes an intermission.
Bus pickup at SPLC at 2pm and return at 7:30pm.
Food may be purchased at this venue but is not included in the price.

Important Regulations for Day Trip Participants

  • Participants must be independent and be able to:
    • understand and follow instructions
    • load on and off buses
    • walk at least accumulated 30 minutes
    • climb several stair steps
  • Participants please provide an emergency contact number upon registration or to the trip coordinator prior to the trip day.
  • Participants with any health issues must consult their family doctor before registration, and stay home if not feeling well on the trip day.
  • Four seats are assigned for walker users per trip; they are allocated on a first come first served basis. You must inform Customer Service Representative upon registration if you require storing your walker.
  • All coaches and school buses are NOT wheelchair accessible.
  • If any participants requiring assistance in transfer and/or while walking or have difficulty following or understanding instruction must have an escort on board.
  • Escort/Caregiver must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Oxygen Tank/Cylinder users are responsible for carrying and maintaining their own equipment and ensuring they have sufficient oxygen for the duration of the trip. St. Paul’s is NOT responsible for the maintenance of any equipment.
  • St. Paul’s has the right to refuse participant on board if he/she is not independent or the information provided is not correct.


Announcements

  • Parking at Bridlewood Mall
    Effective December 1st, all staff, volunteers, visitors and clients are asked to park in the upper south-east parking lot until further notice.
    Vehicles parked in this area must have a St. Paul’s sign clearly displayed. If a sign is not visible, vehicles in this area are subject to ticketing.
  • Safe Street Crossings
    In order to maintain and promote health and safety, please cross the street at Finch and Warden only at an intersection with traffic lights. This applies also to crossing the street to use the the stairs at the Bridlewood Mall parking lot. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create and maintain safe practices for SPLC staff and clients.
