We are fortunate that our parents and grandparents are living longer in their own homes. Senior Persons Living Connected (SPLC) helps make this possible with quality care, support and affordable housing. We put the Living and the Connection into ageing at home.
At SPLC, we specialize in promoting independence and wellbeing in an inclusive environment. For over 40 years we have been a leader in supporting seniors. Whether it’s maintaining health, support with a health condition, or addressing complexity and frailty, we are here for seniors.
Our funders are generous but it’s not enough to meet the growing need. Your added support will allow us to reach more seniors in our community while also strengthening our services.
