Event: Community Programs Open House on March 16th

Calling all older adults, seniors, caregivers and families in the north Scarborough area!

Join us for an Open House on Saturday, March 16th from 10am-12:30pm. Learn about our Adult Day Programs, recreation centre, and other programming open to all community members.

SPLC offers a basket of services designed to keep older adults and seniors active, connected and independent.

Activities will include:

-Pencil colouring

-Origami

-Watercolour painting

-Mindfulness meditation

-Nutrition workshop

-Brain games (including games on digital tablets)

-MedsCheck

-Chair Linedance

We hope to see you there! A vegetarian lunch will be provided, on us.

Parking spaces will be available at the SE Corner of Bridlewood Mall (Warden and Finch).
