SPLC is wrapping up our Investing in Our Teams project! Thanks to the support of the Government of Canada’s Community Services Recovery Fund, administered by the Canadian Red Cross, we’re happy to announce these milestones:

☑ 10 workshops delivered on psychological safety, equipping our staff to be their authentic selves at work.

☑ Staff trained on anti-racism and inclusion, fostering an environment where diversity thrives.

☑ Relaunched our Decent Work Committee to advance SPLC’s commitment to continue embedding decent work conditions and practices into the workplace.

☑ Implemented a sustainable Performance Development Program to support staff growth and development.

This project has been a game-changer, and we’re thankful for your ongoing support. Together, we’re creating a workplace that values and invests in every person. This means we’re better prepared to support our seniors as our community recovers from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
